Terms & Conditions

1.0 Definitions

In these terms the following meanings shall apply:

We and Us means Evolution Training and Coaching Ltd and Our shall be interpreted accordingly. You means the person, their employees, agents, company, corporation, public authority or body seeking to book training or consultancy programmes supplied by Us.

We will provide project management support and endeavour to maintain a high level of communication with the client throughout the programme.

We will deliver the workshops in line with the agreed prospectus by experienced and skilled facilitators, and reserve the right to make any necessary changes to the programme in the event of continued content development, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances. We will not be liable for any delays or alterations caused by any circumstances beyond our control.

2.0 Course Delegates

The minimum number of delegates on each programme is ten and the maximum number of delegates is twelve. In order for the delegates to gain the maximum benefit out of the profiling and feedback exercises, We request that a full list of delegates with contact details including e-mail addresses be forwarded to us 30 days prior to the commencement of each programme.

Late additions may be made after this date prior to commencement of the course, however this may have a detrimental impact on the effectiveness of some of the material (please see note below regarding substitutions).

3.0 Joining Instructions

On receipt of written confirmation we will issue complete joining instructions detailing your participation on the training event. This includes a location map, venue details, course timings and any other information where appropriate.

4.0 Fees and Payment Terms

Our fees, copy attached, includes a deposit of 50% of the programme cost is required upon confirmation of the contract, with full payment of outstanding balances due no later than 30 days prior to commencement of the programme.

All facility charges and imbursements are excluded, which shall be invoiced directly to the Client separately.

Fees quoted exclude course design, pre-work, course materials. Our fees are exclusive of accommodation, evening meal, breakfast and any other associated accommodation costs.  Fees are subject to Value Added Tax and will have VAT at the current rate added to the fee quoted.

In the event of late payment we reserve our statutory right to interest at the rate of 8% above base under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (interest) Act 1998.

5.0 Cancellation, changes and alterations

If you cancel all or any part of the agreed programme, the following cancellation fees (or pro-rata thereof) will be applied, plus any unrecoverable expenses incurred. In the event of a cancellation, you may nominate a substitute but if a suitable substitute cannot be found the following scale of charges will apply:

  • 90 days or more prior to programme commencement date: 25% cancellation charge
  • 60 to 89 days prior to programme commencement date: 50% cancellation charge
  • 30 to 59 days prior to programme commencement date: 75% cancellation charge
  • 30 days or less prior to programme commencement date: 100% cancellation charge

Any substitution made within 30 days of the course start date will be subject to a £250.00 plus VAT administration charge.

6.0 Transfers

The following charges apply for transfers to later courses:

  • Transfers made 15 to 28 days prior to a course will be charged at 25% of the course fee.
  • Transfers made 1 to 14 days prior to a course will be charged at 50% of the course fee.

The transfer option only applies to delegates who are transferring to a different date for the same course. Delegates must specify their choice of transfer date at the time of transfer and is subject to availability. If a delegate uses the transfer option, the original course invoice and the transfer invoice remain due, even if the transfer reservation is subsequently cancelled.

7.0 Printed Information

All sales information, agendas and/or promotional material for the programmes must be approved by our office prior to printing and distribution.

Please be advised that our training programmes are for educational purposes only and are not a substitute for proper medical or psychological treatment.

8.0 Course Design

All work that is provided by our company may not be in any way copied, altered or used for your own purposes; unless further agreement allows this.

9.0 Client Responsibilities

The client will provide agreed documentation and information prior to the proper execution of the event. These will be provided in full on the agreement of a contract.

The workshops will take place at an agreed location and the client will ensure that all relevant venue bookings and arrangements are made for workshop leaders and delegates as agreed and appropriate.

10.0 Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed and interpreted according to English Law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
