Tracey Carr, Founder of Eve-olution and ETC
Tracey is passionate about the development of individuals leading to the development of corporations resulting in the development of society. Her companies have been working toward this aim since 2001 and Tracey is proud to be in partnership with many Blue Chips who are keen to incorporate diversity into their management and leadership solutions. Tracey has an international reputation as a leading figure in executive coaching and specializes in the advancement of women in business.
Tracey is a sought-after speaker, writer and coach both in the UK and abroad and is an authority on the importance of a balanced workforce. Starting out with a background in Psychology, Tracey's business backgrounds both within the UK and internationally include being a director of three companies and whilst working in Australia, Tracey became head of sales and marketing for a division of Consolidated Press during the mid 1980s, the outcome of which was a quadrupled turnover within twelve months.
