Jane Campion
Jane Campion is passionate about coaching professional people and their organisations towards visionary leadership, peak performance and lasting change. She connects clients' higher purpose with their P&L - and extraordinary results follow fast - combining strategic, board-level skills with executive coaching models (and fun!) to unlock entrepreneurial performance.
Jane draws on 20 years of international corporate experience with some of the world's leading financial institutions, including the Financial Times, Chase Manhattan Bank, Standard & Poor's, Bank Austria, STOXX and the Bermuda Stock Exchange, specialising in reputation management, change management and other corporate communications. In the late 1990s, Jane achieved an ambition to join the board of the world's largest independent public relations company.
Today, her clients include senior managers, entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals who aspire to make a difference in the world. Her work with organizations seeks more innovative solutions for competitive advantage and triple bottom line return.
Jane is an active member of the International Coaching Federation and of Women in Banking and Finance. Her foundation training is journalism and she is now a tutor for The Coaching Academy. She is qualified as a consultant in The Birkman Method™, a leading US motivational assessment system for creating personal, strategic change.
