Adrian is a self confessed obsessive! "I get very excited about this stuff" he says whilst commenting on accelerated learning technologies. "I've seen it change people's hearts, minds and lives".
His years spent in the boardroom at corporate level, combined with this relatively new-found love in his life have produced the most intoxicating blend of commercial know-how and general, all round coaching dexterity.

"Coaching has to be inspiring. Change can be encouraged from the outside - yes - but the action that has to follow is always more certain, more long-lasting, when it's led from the inside-out. I know that it is often said that you can 'lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink'. Well, my responsibility is not to make it drink. It's to make it thirsty".
