Evolution Coaching Essentials for Leaders focuses on the development and practical application of core coaching skills. Through personalised, one-on-one follow-up coaching sessions, leaders are encouraged to apply, evaluate and discuss the effectiveness of their new skills and motivational behaviours within live action based projects.
The programme is dedicated to increasing the participants' ability to integrate coaching into their current leadership style. Leaders who go through the program are better able to utilise coaching skills to support others in taking focused and purposeful action that increases their productivity, growth, impact and results.
We do not claim to make leaders into coaches. However, leaders are encouraged to examine their current leadership style while experiencing how coaching skills makes them more effective.
This programme is suitable for senior level and emerging leaders, managers and others with leadership or supervisory responsibilities. This programme can also be adapted for use as a high flyers or high potential programme.
Evolution Coaching Essentials for Leaders includes two distinct segments: A workshop component to learn new skills, followed by a minimum of three individual coaching sessions which will be based on a live action based project.
